Nowadays an origami creator cannot create a model and just call it "five petalled flower with three stamens." No, an actual flower species fitting such characteristics must be known, and the creator must pretend that this was the intended goal all along. I have not seen elsewhere a flower model that includes stamens, such as this one. I'm sure there exists such models, though. I would be interested to know - drop me a line if you are familiar with any.
