rain Piano Improvisation.
solitude A loosely structured tune based on an improv with the excellent free Wurlitzer synth called Mr. Tramp.
cornflakes An old tune that I recently fixed up a bit. A fun little beat-driven tune.
mystery An electronic piece. This is a really tough piece to mix because of the choice of sounds I used...I hope it turned out all right!
nocturnish A solo piano piece, partly written, partly improvised.
walk Piano Improvisation.
blue and red A weird retro/lo-fi hyperactive tune. I'm not sure what to think of this one, but I kind of like it.
pause Piano Improvisation, Dec 2, 2006.
patches Here's a cool little collaboration put together by me and my friend Don. Basically I sent him an unfinished project, he added some major elements, fixed it up, and made it into something cool. It definitely wasn't that cool when I sent it to him. You can tell Don put his magic touch on it at the part when it starts kickin'.
fantasia A very simple piano improv with some added elements.
piano improv 2 An older piano improv with an uncreative title. The piano is from Garritan Personal Orchestra.
solitude A loosely structured tune based on an improv with the excellent free Wurlitzer synth called Mr. Tramp.
crashters Loud and noisy. This one's a complete mess...probably something I should spend some more time on...but maybe it's somewhat listenable.
electric rain A collaborative piece: My friend Don (go listen to his music - awesome techno and other genres!) sent me a tune he'd been working on, I improvised a solo electric piano version of it and sent it to him, he gave it a vinyl sound, added some rain ambience, and mixed and mastered it, and voila...here's the result!!
planet neptune A funky beat-driven minimalist tune.
bitstream This one...is a bit odd...I'm not sure what to think of it. It's an "ambient" piece of music.
bittersweet bells My entry in one of the monthly competitions held at KvR - this time the competition theme was to create a Christmas song that was not joyous (which was odd for me because I actually enjoy Christmas). So I took the melody to Jingle Bells and tried to reharmonize it into something sad. Oh, and I didn't win the competition because...well December is too busy, and I didn't get my entry in on time!
Here are some of my older tunes...
